Technical Service Program
The objective of this program is to promote community participation in decision making, problem identification and problem solving. This program aims to strengthen its community’s systems. This allows figure-heads who establish the urban and rural development plans at the municipal levels to open and maintain relationships and communication between municipal and community authorities. This program was developed in support of action and initiatives including: meetings, factories, seminaries, studies, strategy of didactic material and plans for participating authorities.
