Guatemala
The headquarters of the Rigoberta Menchu Tum Foundation is located in Guatemala City. The Foundation has additional sites within the Departments of Guatemala including San Lucas Toliman, Solola, where the Pavarotti Center for Education is located. The Foundation is recognized by Guatemalan law. The work of the Foundation focuses on the search for the improvement of living conditions for indigenous peoples through education and other productive initiatives, the search for justice and promoting political participation of indigenous peoples.
