Fair Trade and Solidarity Program of Support
This program focuses on the constant search for alternative markets in different groups of organizations that implement environmentally low-impact activities, recognize the value incorporated in organic products, or contribute to environmental conservation. For example, the commercialized organic coffee brand, “Café Para la Paz” (Coffee for Peace) that works to involve coffee cooperatives in Guatemala now works with the Italian cooperative, “Tierra y El Cielo” (Earth and Sky).
